When I’m in little space I see the world as a much happier place. Everything is more positive and new and it’s such a beautiful thing.
The smolest things make me smile and giggle.

🍼 hug them close.
🍼 let them cry it out, but make sure to comfort them.
🍼 make them their favourite snack.
🍼 pinch their cheeks and compliment them.
🍼 don’t tell them to stop being sad – sometimes they can’t help it.
🍼 try not to get sad yourself. negativity won’t help.
🍼 make jokes – just try to make them laugh.
🍼 get their favourite stuffie or blanket.
🍼 don’t make them feel stupid for getting sad, even if it’s small.
🍼 maybe take them out to go to the park or a place they enjoy going.
🍼 get their toys/colouring stuff out for them.
🍼 put their favourite movie/show on.
🍼 give them lots of kisses.
🍼 find out why they’re sad and try to make it better.
🍼 if they hurt them self, get a cute bandaid and a lolly.
