A 21 y/o little 🙈💞stuffies, coloring, and cute things. Partially nsfw. My inbox is always open 💞come say hi (gross messages will be deleted and blocked)
When you get a new stuffie and your little heart is just filled with so much happiness and love for them that you’re wiggling around as you hold them close and you can’t let go of them for even a second because they are your precious friend now and they need to know you’ll love them forever and ever
🚀 Offer support, but don’t be offended if they don’t take it🚀
🍬 Remind them that you’re there if they need you🍬
🍭 Speak softly and move slowly, sudden sounds and movements can make things worse🍭
💞 Be open to whatever they need (hugs, cuddles, rubs, etc.)💞
🐼 Obtain comfort items (stuffies, pacis, etc.)🐼
☁️ Listen to what they may or may not be saying☁️
🦁 Even if you’re worried about them, stay strong so they know they have someone to lean on🦁
💫 Try not to ask them what’s happening, while it may seem unfair, it really helps if you know (read bottom for further explanation)💫
💜 Don’t make them explain themselves to you💜
🌈 Don’t tell them to stop overreacting🌈
✨ Don’t get angry✨
🍯 Be a shoulder to cry on/cuddle with🍯
MOST IMPORTANTLY
!!!DO NOT FORCE THEM TO DO ANYTHING!!!
Every little is different, so while these tips work for some, they don’t work for all. These are what I find most helpful. Don’t forget to ask your little afterwards (once they are stable and comfortable) what happened, how you can avoid it and what specifically they need from you. As a CG it really helps us if you know what to do to help without us telling you in the moment. It shows us that you are there for us and that you’re strong and in control for when we loose a bit of control. The most important thing is that you discuss with your little outside of theses moments, to make sure you know what to do if they have these episodes.
Other littles, I encourage you, if you reblog to add what helps you ❤
~ For you to ask us about our day, to listen to us when we tell you about the things we’ve done that day
~ To check up on us; make sure we’ve eaten and stayed hydrated and taken any medicine we need to
~ Sometimes we want you to be strict, we want you to carry through with rules even if we fuss about it ~ We want you to notice the little things, notice a mood change or a change in how we talk ~ Reassurance, if we’re anxious or worried about something we need to be reassured that everything’s okay
